Frank Salemi is the General Field Supervisor at Tribute Communities, where he has been a dedicated member of the team for 26 years. Prior to joining Tribute, Frank built a strong foundation in the construction industry, working in both residential renovations and new home construction.

In his day-to-day role, Frank is actively involved on job sites, overseeing construction operations and ensuring quality and efficiency across projects. Throughout his career at Tribute, he has worked extensively with innovative building methods, including prefabricated wall systems and panelized construction. Frank brings first-hand experience in the construction of more than 1,500 panelized residential units, including townhouses, semi-detached homes, and single-family homes.

David Rubino
Silver Carpentry
David Rubino is the President and Manager of Silver Carpentry. Following his graduation from the Mechanical Engineering program at the University of Toronto, David joined the family business that was founded in 1973 by his father, Joe Rubino.
With a strong interest in science and technology, David has led the company’s focus on prefabricated panel framing for the past 18 years, aligning Silver Carpentry with like-minded clients.

Through the development of long-standing relationships, years of experience in the industry, and a deep understanding of its workforce, Silver Carpentry has specialized in the installation of prefabricated components for low- and mid-rise residential framing. While managing and coordinating labour and equipment, the company places an emphasis on building and maintaining collaborative relationships with suppliers.

Nick Henley, P.Eng., MBA, is the General Manager at Henley Contracting Ltd., where he leads a multidisciplinary team of construction and design professionals delivering custom residential builds and complex renovations.

A professional engineer with a strong background in business and construction leadership, Nick specializes in planning-intensive projects that demand disciplined systems, clear coordination, and rigorous execution. His work focuses on aligning design intent with on-site realities to reduce risk, control costs, and improve build outcomes.

Nick is known for his practical, no-nonsense approach to construction. He speaks candidly about the causes of budget overruns, schedule delays, and design decisions that fail in the field. By integrating construction thinking early in the design and decision-making process, he helps teams and clients avoid common pitfalls.
